New Tests

I have a candidate new version of the Arasan test suite, arasan10.epd.

I have shortened the test suite from 400 to 200 positons, mostly by removing relatively easy tests. So this one is harder. I have also tried to arrange the tests so that easier ones are at the front and it gets more difficult towards the end.
